PAST ALUMNI AWARD WINNERS
Each year the Alumni Association honors alumni who have brought distinction to themselves and to their alma mater. The tradition began in 1958, when the association gave its first Citizenship Award to Dr. Howard Dredge. Dredge, a Springfield, Ohio, dentist, instituted a tennis instruction program for youngsters in his city. Since then, 367 awards in several different categories have been presented.
