To the OSU Alumni Club of Prescott, AZ who increased their membership by 48% over the past year!

The OSU Alumni Club of Phoenix purchased "Best Fans in the Land" Buttons from the OSU Sportsmanship Council to provide to people attending their "Beat Michigan" party.

A friendly competition was established between the OSU Alumni Clubs of Mahoning and Tuscarawas counties to benefit food pantries in their respective communities.  Both clubs teamed up with local establishments to promote "Can the Wolverines" as a great way to give back to the community while infusing a little Buckeye Spirit along the way.  For additional information please contact either club at the links below. http://www.ohiostatealumni.org/clubsandsocieties/event_detail.php?eventId=1852405460

A gamewatch hosted by the OSU Alumni Club of San Diego was so spectacular it was featured in the October 2008 Alumni Football News.

Louann "Tot" Heinrichs '49 President of the OSU Alumni Club of Darke County was presented with the Meritorious Service Award which recognizes alumni who have distinguished themselves through dedicated service to the College of Education and Human Ecology.  Congratulations Tot!

The OSU Alumni Club of Las Vegas cleaned up litter on Lee Canyon Road in Las Vegas through the "Adopt a Highway" program.

The OSU Alumni Club of Greene County entered a float in the Fairborn Fourth of July Parade.  Modelled after a Sonestoga wagon and dubbed the "Buck Wagon" it was constructed by club members who were incredibly generous with their time.

The OSU Alumni Club of Summit County also built a float for the Fourth of July.

The OSU Alumni Club of Minnesota just sent a $10,000 donation to the university for the group's "Bucks for Brock" scholarship fund.

The Richland County Club has been active! In addition to preparing goodie bags for the students at Jeff Molyet Village on the OSU Mansfield Campus, the group participated in a Guidance Counselor Breakfast. They interacted with counselors who are instrumental in targeting students that attend Junior Honors Nite and in distributing scholarship applications to their students for our club's scholarships.

The Marching Band (TBDBITL) Alumni Society has raised over $500,000 for their scholarship endowment putting the group closer to their goal of $1 million.

Navy ROTC society members and studentsThe Navy ROTC Alumni Society hosted minority students from Franklin Heights High School at the April 4 baseball game. This project was supported by funding from the Alumni Association's Diversity Grant for alumni groups. 

The Austin club hosted a BBQ dinner to support the women's golf team during their visit for the Betsy Rawls Invitational March 17-18. 

Thanks to the OSU Alumni Club of Kansas City for hosting Alternative Spring Breakers. The students were volunteering with Operation Breakthrough, a charity dedicated to helping children living in poverty.

The Navy ROTC Alumni Society raised $1500 for their scholarship fund by adding a donation line to their football tailgate flyer.

Memphis Alumni ClubThe OSU baseball team got a taste of Southern hospitality during a recent visit to Memphis. The Memphis club attended all of the Buckeyes' games, gave free concession tickets to OSU fans, and even provided restaurant recommendations to out-of-town fans.

Two club officers were recognized at the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Awards Luncheon. Tracy Kitchel (Bluegrass Club President) and Hilary Amos (Minnesota Club officer) received Young Professional Achievement Awards winners. 

Sacramento club membersThe Sacramento club hosted the women’s lacrosse team for their pre-game meal during their recent visit to California. The team played U.C. Davis and several members of the club came out to show their support and cheer on the Buckeyes.
