ALUMNI CLUBS
WHAT DOES THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION EXPECT?
Alumni clubs are expected to
• Hold at least one meeting each year and report this meeting to the outreach office.
• Conduct regular officer elections and report the results to the outreach office.
• Ensure that all officers and board members are members of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc.
• Send at least one attendee to the annual Alumni Leaders' Conference to be eligible for group football tickets and awards.
Expectation of reporting events and numbers
Clubs should contact Susan Long before and after events. By notifying the outreach and engagement office in advance of your event, it can be listed on your club’s portion of our Web site. Providing attendance numbers after the event is vital for reporting and planning.
Basic expectations for leaders
All club leaders are expected to be members of the Alumni Association.
