Made From Scratch Catering has one of Central Ohio’s top catering and event planning firms. The company coordinates all phases of events, eliminating the need for multiple contractors, and ensuring that all details meet our exacting standards of performance. Operating with a team of nearly 100 employees, this staff has grown under the leadership of Larry Clark, CEO, and comprises one of the strongest events team in the industry. 3. What is your chef’s favorite dish on the menu and why?
Chef Tom loves his grandmother’s recipe for chunky chicken salad with flaky croissants and eats this for lunch three days a week (we swear!), but he is currently passionate about all produce that is local, organic, and fresh. Chef Tom has developed many rewarding relationships with local vendors for most of our summer produce, and our clients are clearly the winners because of it. He buys several varieties of basil, tomatoes, squash and micro greens; and he spends the spring and summer using them in his dishes whenever possible.
We say he is “freaky about fresh”!
