2012 WEDDING RENTAL RATES AND INFORMATION

WeddingsThe Longaberger Alumni House is pleased to offer four wedding packages for you to choose from: reception only, ceremony only, indoor ceremony and reception, and outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. 

After confirming your wedding date, a contract will be sent to you. Within two weeks, the signed contract and 50% deposit is due. Final payment is due 14 days prior to event. All deposits are non-refundable.

Only approved Alumni House caterers may be used. All alcohol service must be arranged through our OSU licensed beverage provider. Wedding rentals are available to active and associate members of the Ohio State Alumni Association. To activate your membership, click Here.

 

 NEW PRICING: $1,600 RECEPTION ONLY PACKAGE

  • Originally priced at $2,100
  • 152 guests max
  • 6 hour rental (additional hours @ $150 per hour)
  • 5 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental
    • Traditions Lounge (hospitality suite)
    • Drinko Conference Room (additional lounge area)
    • Jimmy Hull Atrium (pre-reception space)
    • Mount Leadership Room (buffet room, if needed)
    • Sanders Grand Lounge (main room with dance floor)
  • 60" round banquet tables (seats 8 guests maximum)
  • Banquet chairs
  • All ancillary tables included (cake, buffet, and gift etc.)
  • Tall cabaret tables
  • Dance floor (black marble design)
  • LCD projector and screen 
  • Custom slide on digital sign board
  • On-site wedding coordinator

  • Original priced at $2,100
  • 200 guests max
  • 6 hour rental (additional hours at $150 per hour)
  • Includes Rehearsal (day to be determined closer to event date)
  • 4 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental
    • Traditions Lounge (dressing room)
    • Drinko Conference Room (dressing room)
    • Jimmy Hull Atrium (pre-ceremony gathering space)
    • Sanders Grand Lounge (ceremony site)
  • Dressing rooms for bride and groom
    • Mirrors and coat racks provided
  • Banquet chairs
  • Sound system and microphone (inside ceremony only)
  • On-site wedding coordinator


NEW PRICING: $2,000 INDOOR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION 
PACKAGE

  • Original priced at $2,500
  • 120 guest seated with additional standing room for indoor ceremony, 152 guests for reception
  • 6 hour rental (additional hours @ $150 per hour)
  • Includes Rehearsal (day to be determined closer to event date)
  • 6 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental
    • Klevay Gallery (ceremony site)
    • Traditions Lounge (hospitality suite)
    • Drinko Conference Room (additional lounge area)

    • Mount Leadership Room (buffet room, if needed)

  • 152 guests max
  • 6 hour rental (additional hours @ $150 per hour)
  • Includes Rehearsal (day to be determined closer to event date)
  • Inside rainsite room set-up for the up-to-the-minute move
  • Outside ceremony space to include white folding chairs
  • Landscaping touch-up the week of the wedding
  • 6 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental
    • Outside ceremony space
    • Klevay Gallery (ceremony rain site; black upholstered chairs)
    • Traditions Lounge (hospitality suite)
    • Drinko Terrace Room (additional lounge area)
    • Jimmy Hull Atrium (pre-reception space)
    • Mount Leadership Room (buffet room, if needed)
    • Sanders Grand Lounge (main room with dance floor)
  • Dressing rooms for bride and groom
