Amy graduated from The Ohio State University in 2004, with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and has been an active member of the Alumni Association for the past seven years. During her time as a student, Amy was also an OSU Cheerleader and helped cheer the Buckeyes onto a victory over Miami, in the 2003 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. Amy has served as a board member of the Ohio State Alumni Cheerleading Society since 2007, and has held the role of society president for the past three years.
Prior to joining the Alumni Association’s Tour Program in September of 2011, Amy worked as a Senior Event Coordinator, planning cheer and dance competitions and camps across the country. In addition to traveling the U.S. extensively, Amy has also journeyed to several parts of the Caribbean and South America and is very excited to experience new adventures with other Buckeyes!
In Amy’s spare time, she enjoys staying active through golf, tennis, bicycling and snowboarding. Amy currently resides in Galloway, Ohio, with her husband Ty and their two dogs, Bella and Scooter.
