Janet graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration in 1992, passed the CPA exam, and immediately came to work at the Alumni Association as an accountant. She is currently the director of accounting.

Several (who’s counting) years before, she graduated a few times from Kent State University with degrees in music.  Janet has enjoyed a variety of careers, including retail buyer, professional musician, insurance sales, and gas station manager. Variety, change, and a challenge are what make her tick.

As an avid birder, Janet has traveled to many out of the way, interesting, and uncomfortable locations and plans to continue in this endeavor. It’s an opportunity to see the really “wild “places still left in the world and experience first hand a wide variety of cultures. As a buyer, she traveled to factories in third-world countries and to other non-tourist locations. Now she is enjoying visiting wonderful tourist hotspots and sharing those experiences with other Buckeyes. Janet will help you have a great vacation.
