Steve Proctor is a 1977 graduate of Ohio State’s School of Journalism.  After many years working in government and corporate public relations, he joined the Alumni Association as VP of Communications and Advocacy in 2007.  He’s an effective communicator, brings out the best in others, and is a creative problem solver. 

Steve was raised with a global perspective in the South Pacific and in the West Indies, and has traveled widely since. In touch with how history shapes world affairs, Steve brings a sensitivity of other cultures and good conversation to any group.
