Bill held management positions with a major airline for 18 years, worked in the health care industry, and owned and operated a travel management company in Los Angeles before joining Ohio State’s development department in 1995 and retiring in 2006. A graduate of Ohio State, Bill was a charter member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Mathematical and Physical Sciences. He represented that college on the Alumni Advisory Council of which he was elected chair.
Bill’s knowledge, interest, and personality make him a natural for hosting Ohio State alumni tours as exhibited by the comments of those traveling with him. Bill considers himself fortunate to have the opportunity to work with and serve other alumni.
He is a service club volunteer and enjoys cooking, horseback riding, and scuba diving. He has reached the point in life where he no longer has false illusions about his golf game.
